Community Enhancement Program
The home buying process is not solely about finding your new dream home - it is also about becoming part of a community. At Foundation Realty Group we believe that when we take the opportunity to look beyond the bricks and mortar we see that there is a great opportunity to make another type of investment when buying or selling your home - an investment in your local community. It is from this fundamental tenet that our Community Enhancement Program was born.
Through the Community Enhancement Program we provide each client with a list of local non-profit organizations. We then request that our clients select one organization that they are interested in supporting* and we, in turn, make a donation in the amount of 5% of our sales commission to the chosen organization in the client's name.
To qualify as a recipient, an organization must meet the following criteria:
- The organization must be a non-profit or charitable group; and
- The organization's purpose and activities must be focused locally.
We feel very strongly about helping to enrich the places in which we live and work. If you are a non-profit that fits the above criteria and you wish to learn more, please contact us.
*Clients who wish to donate to a non-profit group that is not included on the provided list of organizations are free to do so as long as the organization meets the criteria set forth herein.
