Caroline Fisher, Esq. - Founder + Broker

Caroline has been a resident of the South End since her arrival in Boston after graduating from Vermont Law School – which is where she fell in love with New England. Her real estate experience in Boston began under the tutelage of Jeffrey Pierce, Principal of Address Realty Group, where she garnered a great deal of experience in market transactions, the importance of personal attention and the “white glove" philosophy, as well as the market knowledge necessary to build her own successful brokerage. She has notable experience in serving clients thoughout the city including the South End, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Fenway, North End, Downtown, Leather District, Charlestown, and Jamaica Plain - as well as outside of the city in Cambridge, Brookline, Somerville, Milton and Newton.
Caroline’s love for real estate and guiding her clients through the process combined with her passion for community involvement created the inspiration for Foundation Realty Group. While she has always been involved in charitable activities, Caroline attributes her commitment to the community to Vermont Law School which instills in its students the drive to have a significant positive impact on the world around them. Her approach to real estate combines the highest level of service with a very personal style and encourages her clients to start thinking of themselves as a more integral part of their new community.
Erin Russ, Esq. - Founder + Broker
Erin originally hails from Charlotte, NC, but has since made Boston her home. She has worn many different hats in the world of Boston real estate, arming her with the skills that are imperative in providing quality representation to her clients, while protecting their interests. As an Associate Attorney for Zerola & Associates, P.C., Erin represented clients in both real estate closings and numerous landlord / tenant matters. Her negotiation skills have been fine tuned through her legal practice, allowing her to ensure her clients receive the best deal on their investment.
During her time at Otis & Ahearn, Erin gained a great deal of experience in working with outside counsel, development team members and real estate brokers in connection with the preparation of condominium documents, condominium presentations, purchase and sale agreements and other contractual agreements. This position also provided Erin with a thorough understanding of downtown Boston real estate data and trends.
Erin’s desire to be involved in her community developed at an early age. From participation with Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner and the Charlotte Metro Soup Kitchen during her formative years, to her travels to Zimbabwe, Africa to perform volunteer work, she has always had a desire to give back. Erin’s vision is to see Foundation Realty Group become the conduit that enables her to continue to broaden her own involvement within the local community, while allowing her to encourage other people to become more engaged in the world around them.
Melissa Deland - Sales Professional

Melissa has lived in Beacon Hill for the last six years, but her fondness for life in Boston started at an early age. Melissa is a fourth generation Bostonian, and spent her early childhood in Weston and Wellesley, Massachusetts. Even after her family moved to Washington, DC during her later childhood, they continued to return to their family home in Marion, Massachusetts.
Melissa enters the real estate community under the tutelage of Caroline and Erin. She previously served as a Design Consultant for Penguin Windows, a manufacturer of high-end, energy-efficient windows. In that position, she enjoyed visiting and evaluating hundreds of homes throughout Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
Melissa has been active in the Boston community since returning after college. Upon graduating from Princeton University, Melissa went on to pursue her Masters in Education at The Harvard Graduate School of Education. She then taught 4th and 5th grade bilingual classrooms in the Chelsea public school district for four years. Her teaching experience – in which community volunteer work was a mainstay - combined with wanting to help people better their homes, has fueled Melissa’s desire to unite homebuyers with their surrounding neighborhoods. ![]()
